Enabling Coaching Platform Solutions.
A non-specialist 1:1 Support Worker is available only when contracted, has no specialist disability coaching expertise, and cannot address executive function difficulties, workplace anxiety or professional self-management. They provide task-level assistance at significant cost. They’re also not available when the need actually arises. TWIP’s Coaching Platform meets that gap, providing effective enabling support when needed
What disability-related disadvantage does this address?
The daily barriers disabled professionals face: task initiation, overwhelm, communication anxiety, planning paralysis, fluctuating and fatiguing conditions, stress arising from disabling barriers at work. These persist throughout the working day and drive productivity loss, presenteeism and burnout. No conventional support provision reaches them, that is why we built the TWIP Coaching Platform, to provide this enabling support in a cost-effective wrap-around service.
What makes TWIP different?
- Qualified specialist disability coaching across the full working day, for significantly less than equivalent Support Worker hours
- Drop-in access: support at the moment it’s needed, not the next scheduled slot
- Builds independent working capacity over time: directly aligned with AtW’s core objective of reducing support needs
- Named coaching team providing continuity of relationship and professional context
- Includes access to a full suite of self-guided workbooks and resources: no additional cost
