-For the disabled professional
Adjustments change your environment. Coaching changes what you can do in it.
A reasonable adjustment can change your working pattern or give you a quieter desk. What it can’t do is give you strategies for managing a chronic illness across a demanding role, or tools for sustaining a promotion when your executive function is stretched, or a way to stay professionally confident when your disability makes the usual routes harder. That’s what TWIP’s coaching programmes are for.

What makes TWIP different?
All TWIP coaches are qualified Disability Work Coaches, having undertaken the UK’s only accredited professional coaching course specialising in disability at work.
Trainees on our Disability Work Coach qualification course are available for a block of 6 hours of coaching practice, for a nominal admin fee of £25. Trainees are fully supervised, and are only matched with suitable clients.
“My coaching with TWIP has been genuinely life-changing for me. The combination of practical problem-solving and big-picture conversations about being neurodivergent in the workplace has, over time, built up my confidence and resilience in ways I can feel at work every day. The focus on joyfulness is a real antidote to all the productivity-talk I hear elsewhere.”
