Inclusion in Practice: Supporting Disabled and Neurodivergent People at Work

Join us once a month on Tuesdays, 11:00–12:00, for a practical, discussion-based session on creating workplaces where disabled (incl. neurodivergent) people can thrive.

Whether you’re a disabled professional, a line manager, an HR practitioner, or simply want to understand inclusion better, you’ll leave with practical insights you can use straight away.

In this session, we’ll explore:

  • What disables people at work, and why the focus belongs on barriers rather than individuals
  • How reasonable adjustments work in practice, and where the process often breaks down
  • The role managers, HR and colleagues each play in making inclusion happen
  • How disabled people can advocate for what they need with confidence
  • Practical steps individuals and organisations can take next

Who it’s for:

Disabled (incl. neurodivergent) employees, line managers, HR and people professionals, and anyone interested in workplace inclusion.

Your facilitator:

Ana Lavos, Head of Training & Learning at The Work Inclusion Project.
