Disability Work Coach

Accredited Certificate in Coach Training

UK’s First Disability Work Coach Qualification

Gain the UK’s first qualification in Disability Work Coaching, that brings together disabled lived experience, academic research & practitioner specialisms, and pragmatic HR expertise to build the skills and knowledge you need to be the most effective Coach for disabled people navigating disabling barriers at work.

TWIP’s distinctive model of disability work coaching includes a dedicated disability ethics and competencies framework. Unlike standard personal and professional coaching models, our approach explicitly addresses both individual and systemic barriers in the workplace for disabled people, recognising the intersectional nature of disablement and its impact on career development. This approach equips coaches to work with clients not only on personal strategies for growth and resilience, but also on navigating organisational structures, challenging ableism, and working sustainably and pragmatically in professional contexts.
